Faith @ Work will host a special food drive beginning on Sunday, Sept. 13
Faith @ Work (formerly Project Noel) will launch their next churchwide effort during worship on the morning of Sunday, Sept. 13. The “Meal-in-a-Bag Project” will encourage the Noel UMC congregation to support Noel Food Pantry by shopping for all of the ingredients needed to prepare a family meal. Those ingredients will be given out in bags, along with step-by-step cooking instructions, to patrons of Noel Food Pantry.
To participate:
Pick up a bag and shopping list during either worship service on Sunday, Sept. 13 (or at any time after Sept. 13 by visiting the Church Office at 520 Herndon Street)
Shop for all of the assigned ingredients and return them to Noel UMC by Sunday, Sept. 27 (drop-off in the Purple Bag Ministry donation boxes)
Noel Food Pantry will distribute the meal kits to their patrons
