Noel Community Arts Program will host an Opening Reception for “Belonging: A Community Exhibition Celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month” at 2 pm on Sunday, Sept. 13. The exhibition will be held at the Highland Art House, 1525 Stephens Avenue in Shreveport. Featuring artwork by NCAP instructor Lisandra Di Liberto Torres and regional artists, this exhibition explores themes of culture, identity, community, connection, and home.
