Noel Community Arts Program students have been creating all semester, and now it’s their turn to fill the gallery! Join students, families, teachers, and friends in celebrating the creativity and accomplishments of NCAP’s visual arts students during a special exhibition that will open at 2 pm on Sunday, Oct. 18.
