Noel Community Arts Program presents a guided mixed-media art experience, 5:30-7:30 p.m., Thursday, Apr. 2 at Highland Art House.

In Quiet Meadow: Glass & Color, participants will build a softly layered background using richly pigmented gel stain, then design and assemble simple floral compositions using mosaic glass and crushed glass. The process balances structure and freedom—you’ll be guided step by step while still having room to make the piece your own. Cost to attend is $45 per person. Register here.
