The Highland Mardi Gras Parade will begin at 2pm in front of Johnny’s Pizza on Gilbert eventually ending in front of Noel. Noel will serve jambalaya, rolls, dessert and water. Contact Megan Stuermann at mstuermann@noelumc.org for more information or to volunteer.
