Greens on the Red—a free, family-friendly day of fun in the Highland Community Garden—returns, 2-4pm, Sunday, March 15. Join the We Grow Together Coalition and its partners, including LSU AgCenter, Slow Food North Louisiana, Noel United Methodist Church, Highland Neighborhood Association, and LSU Health Shreveport, for activities including gardening, cooking demonstrations, health screenings, music, yoga, and more.

Highland Community Garden is located at 520 Herndon Street, across from Noel United Methodist Church. In case of rain, the event will be held in the Noel gymnasium. For more information, contact organizer Cookie Coleman at (318) 617-7950.
