Worship Services

Because we each connect to God in our own unique ways, Noel Church offers two uniquely different worship services every Sunday morning and a third on each first Sunday of the month:

Traditional Worship Service-10:30 a.m. in the Church Sanctuary

Noel offers a traditional worship service every Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. in the Sanctuary. The service mirrors the heart of Noel and the traditions of the Methodist Church with it's historic hymns, responsive readings, powerful biblical messages, and special music performed by Noel's Chancel Choir under the direction of Choir Director, Bryan Bierbaum.

Contemporary (N.O.W.) Worship Service-11:00 a.m. in Fellowship Hall

For a more casual worship experience, Noel offers a Contemporary Worship service every Sunday at 11:00 a.m. in our Fellowship Hall. This service, also known as N.O.W. ('N Other Words), offers a vibrant and thriving worship experience in a contemporary setting led by Jonathan Andrews, our Contemporary Worship Leader and Band Director.

Wesleyan Service of Communion and Liturgy-10:30 a.m. in Lane Chapel*

*On every first Sunday of every month, Noel also offers a special Communion Service at 10:30 a.m. in Lane Chapel.

Lead by Dr. Don Webb and Rev. William Peeples, this worship service is filled with deep Methodist traditions. The theme of this service is often based on the meaning of Communion for all of God's Children.

 Worship at The Glen

Join us every third Sunday at 3:00 p.m., as Noel United Methodist Church goes on the road to visit The Glen Retirement System for worship services.  The Glen address is 403 E. Flournoy Lucas Rd., Shreveport, Louisiana.

Special Notes About Our Services

Between Sunday School and Worship, we offer a small finger-food breakfast in the rear of Fellowship Hall from 10:15 a.m. until 11 a.m where great fellowship can be enjoyed!

Childcare is provided on Sunday mornings during our worship services at no charge.
